Is there parking available?Parking is limited and there might be a fee for the parking meter. Plan your journey in advance and consider public transport

What is the refund policy for tickets?Refunds will be issued under specific conditions, such as event cancellation or change of location or date of the event. No refunds for change of mind.

How do I get to the festival location?Public Transport Tube: The nearest tube station is Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the park. Bus: Several bus routes serve the area, including routes 41, 67, 230, and 341. These buses stop close to the park. Train: The nearest train station is Harringay Green Lanes, which is about a 20-minute walk from the park. Walking: It's about a 20-minute walk from Seven Sisters station to Chestnuts Park. Just head south on the High Road (A10) and then turn right onto St. Ann's Roa Driving There is limited parking available around the park, so it's best to encourage attendees to use public transport if possible.

How do you prepare for the event?Shop on-line for our merchandise, wear comfortable shoes and bring a portable chair. Don’t forget to bring your camera and phone to take memories of the event.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?This is a food and music festival, therefore bringing your own is not permitted. Furthermore, alcohol is not permitted on entry.
